The LCC’s mission is to promote Latino art and culture. The Latino Cultural Center serves as a regional catalyst for the preservation, development, and promotion of Latino and Hispanic arts and culture. The Center includes a 300 seat theater, a gallery, sculpture courtyards, a multipurpose room and a plaza for outdoor events. The LCC opened September 16, 2003 and was designed by Ricardo and Victor Legorreta.
Latino Cultural Arts Center of Dallas, features brightly colored modernist architecture at the heart of the downtown area, a performance state, galleries, classrooms and a broad patio for outdoor plan and performances.
