Ariel is a seasoned arts administrator and advocate for theatre and the performing arts. She joined the staff of Theatre Puget Sound in 2017 after 9 seasons at Seattle Children’s Theatre, departing as the Director of Sales and Marketing. Ariel came to Seattle from Denver where she earned her Bachelors of Arts in Theatre from the University of Colorado at Denver and spent two seasons as an associate company member of Curious Theatre Company. Leading through a lens of organizational strength, through collaboration and open communication, Ariel’s passion for inclusion and equity in the community has been bolstered with her participation in Leadership for Social Change, a program through artEquity, and Building Art Spaces Equitably, a program through the Seattle Office of Arts and Culture.
